We were able to have the Goodban family Christmas with everyone this year. It was so nice to see Heather and her family from Texas. The kids all had a great time hanging out and getting to know each other. Carrie got the little girls their own dolls with matching hair colors. They were very excited about those!
Joni & Kirk also treated everyone to a trip to Knott's. (minus Paul, he was working) The girls and I had so much fun hanging out with Carrie Cat. Zara was not a fan of the rides and had a really hard time warming up to the whole amusement park thing. There were lots of tears. I had her pick which ride she wanted to try and she picked the swings. We went on that a few times and that helped her get the confidence to try something new. By the end of the day she actually rode on the airplane with Kitana all by herself. I was so proud of her! We also got to see the holiday version of snoopy on ice. The girls were glued to it and thought the ice skating was so cool.
