First School Program

Kitana's first school performance was so cute! All the Kindergarten classes (and her TK class) put on a Christmas program. They sang Christmas songs and each class recited a Christmas poem. She knew all of the words and actions. She was so excited to perform it for her grandparents. She takes this type of stuff pretty seriously.

What kid actually gets both sets of grandparents to come to her school stuff? We are so lucky to have all of them so involved in her life.

Zara had a rough time this night. There were several hundred people there and we really couldn't see much from where we were sitting. And there were sooo many kids performing. Oh, and it was dinner time. It was pretty stressful. We were about 20 minutes early. Turns out that we would have needed to be about an hour early to get a front row seat. Anyways, Paul was super dad this night and kept her entertained. He knew how important capturing this first performance of Kitana was for me. I'm grateful for a husband who gets it :)
