Christmas Eve and Day

So, I'm actually really embarrassed to blog about Christmas because the quality of my pictures are so low :( Christmas was a lot of fun, but it kind of burnt me out this year. And by the time it got here, taking out my camera and trying to get decent pictures just seemed exhausting!
We spent the day of Christmas Eve at the Koontz house and Christmas day at the Winters house. We made sure we were home in time on Christmas Eve for the girls to open their "christmas eve surprise box," that was the last thing they did on their Christmas countdown. The surprise box had kitty pj's, hello kitty stuffed animals, a couple of new books, and snug socks. The girls loved it :) These first pictures are from the Koontz house:

Zara had fun chewing on a carrot. We were all surprised that she was actually eating it and not choking on it. She ended up spitting it all out, typical Z! And Drew has on his little pajamas we got him :)

She was so excited to get her frozen people from Grandma and Grandpa. Joni took her shopping and let her pick out her own gift. Kitana is definitely on the "Frozen obsessed" train aka frozenitis.

Paul took the Kitana and Livia for Rhino rides.

The evening of Christmas Eve at our house. The girls are enjoying the contents of their surprise box :)

So, we put out the cookies and carrots for Santa. I was trying to get a cute picture of the girls with it and Zara swipes in and eats the cookie! It all happened so fast, Paul reached in to grab her. She ended up eating half of it.

Right before bed...so excited!!

We made them eat breakfast before they could open any presents.

These were the girls big Santa gifts. Kitana asked for a Santa sleigh with complete with reindeers and presents. Zara got the singing piggy bank.

All of the pictures from Christmas day at my parents house were all cell phone ones :( I'm really disappointed in myself. And I only took like five! Better luck next year I guess. Devi and Kitana got matching outfits and Rapunzel hair from Grammy. They were in heaven!

Jordyn and Richie came for Christmas, yay! Zara and Berlynn had fun getting to know each other. And we all got to meet sweet little Vienna. Love that she still has some dark hair, I hope it sticks around!

Zara and Berlynn were sheep in the Nativity story. Zara was so so over tired by this point that she was just crazy! It was pretty much a week of non-stop Christmas festivities, which we all really enjoyed. But it can be very taxing for a one year old. Overall, the girls had a great time seeing their grandparents and all of their cousins. They loved all of their gifts and had so much fun this year!
