I can't believe my little baby is 13 months! It's been a while since I did a Zara update....
She has 3 teeth, two bottom middle & one top left. (The right one is really close!)
She takes two naps a day. 10-12 and 3-4. Which perfectly mismatches Kitana's nap of 1-3. The schedule has been driving me nuts the last couple of months and I will be trying to switch to one nap a day very soon! We are home A LOT!!!
Bed time around 7:30, sleeps until 6am, has a bottle and will go back to sleep until 8am. Overall she is finally becoming a great sleeper! I'm pretty sure once we get her off the bottle that she will sleep the entire night and skip that morning bottle.
She is a very particular eater. She will eat pretty much anything, but needs a HUGE variety. If she just ate it the day before she will not touch it the next day with the exception of bananas and whole wheat bread :) She doesn't really chew anything, just mostly swallows it whole.
She loves fruit and cooked veggies.
She also will show her dis-approval of something by throwing it on the floor. She will hand me her plate if she wants more or toss it on the floor if she's done.

She just started pulling herself up on things to a standing position less than a week ago. She actually did it the first time for my mom on June 18th while Paul and I were in Palm Springs and my mom was watching the girls...go figure!! She has really gotten the hang of it though the last couple days. She should be walking in no time :(
She is still very sensitive and will cry anytime Kitana gets upset. I think I'm going to have to use some different parenting techniques with her, she is soooo sensitive!
If she wants a toy Kitana has she will just cry and try to grab it. We are working on teaching her to share. She will bury her head in the carpet when she's upset.
She is starting to get quite attached to her blankets and likes to bring them with her while she's crawling and likes to have one in the car. (Exactly like her sister!)
Her hair is much lighter than Kitana's was and is longer. We put a ponytail in her hair today for the first time...so cute!
She says "hi" "ah-blah" (for bottle) "da-da" "ma-ma" and "egh" (for fan). She is selective with her mom and dad words though, we don't hear them too often. Usually she'll say mama when she's upset and dada is associated with happy things. She waves to everyone and is obsessed with Cooper. She only gives kisses out when she feels like it. I think I've gotten a total of about 5 kisses in her lifetime.
She loves her new swing from Grammy.
Overall, she is such a sweet little girl and will give the occasional
snuggle. She loves playing with her big sister and will eat anything
that Kitana gives her from her plate. She loves being outside and the
grocery store. She is her own little person and is nothing like Kitana
was at this age.
She definitely knows what she wants and when she wants it!

cute picture! cute girl!! Isnt it so cool how different two sisters can be?! haha
