Kitana had a four day weekend and we decided to head to Scandia for some family fun on the Monday holiday. Life without babies is sure different. It's so weird to be able to go on most of the rides and to not have to worry about a stroller, diapers, crying, getting sunburned, etc... We are thoroughly enjoying our new more grown-up version of Zara. She is still super sensitive, but was so brave with most of the rides. Going to Knott's a few months earlier really helped prepare her for the rides here. At the end of the night she even rode the kid roller coaster with Paul, twice! I don't think she quite realized what was happening until it was too late. She refused to go on it the whole day. She was too small for the bumper boats, which made her sad. I took K on the bumper boats and we both got drenched. I'm so glad I didn't wear jeans. We all were able to go on the race cars though for the first time and both girls loved them!
Their all time favorite was definitely the giant slide. We must have gone on that thing at least 20 times!
Roller coaster selfie!
This girls was all smiles the whole day!
Paul loved teaching the girls the proper golfing technique. Kitana was actually really good. Zara liked it for the first few holes and then lost interest once we had to wait for the people in front of us.
Zara loves going on the rides with mommy. At least she'll go on them :)
